I am Peter Seidl – a person in motion.
I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember. For me, dance is more than expression: it is language, encounter, breath, and home. Even as a child, dance was my natural gateway to myself – later, it became a path of conscious self-exploration and profound transformation.

Born in Nuremberg, I have been living in Berlin for over 30 years – a city that has shaped me with its diversity, openness, and depth.

For many years, I worked in various roles in the public sector – structured, solution-oriented, in service of the community. At the same time, a deep longing grew in me to better understand how people feel, grow, and heal. I began to engage intensively with body-based self-exploration, mindfulness, group processes, and emotional work – particularly within queer contexts, which have provided an essential space of resonance for my own life.

In 2023–2024, I completed the two-year Body in Soul Dynamic Movement Facilitator Training (BISO) with Nele Vandezande and Cathy Ryan. This training weaves together conscious movement, therapeutic presence, ritual work, and group facilitation – it has given me a deep trust in body-led processes.

Since March 2025, I’ve been training in Gestalt therapy at IGG Berlin. Still at the beginning of this journey, I am especially fascinated by the Gestalt stance of radical presence: the belief that real change begins only in the here and now.

Beginning of 2026, I will be a trainee participating in the 5Rhythms Teacher
Training
. The practice has been with me since 2015 – I’ve taken part in 45 workshops so far, including retreats like Mirrors, Medicine Dance, Cycles, God, Sex & The Body, as well as many in-depth formats focusing on emotionality, identity, and intimacy. Only after completing this training will I be certified to teach official 5Rhythms classes. Until then, I dance – and keep learning.

My vision is to support people in meeting themselves in their own bodies – beyond concepts, in contact with what is truly present. In a space open to depth, to transformation, and to the wonder of being human.
